I had a very fun time when I went to Universal Studios Hollywood with my mother, father, my aunt, and my brother. My favorite ride was the Jurassic Park ride that I would highly recommend. (Warning: You get wet.) At first, it just starts as a slow peaceful ride through a stream, but then something goes wrong and a big t-rex comes out and then you immediately return to the peaceful stream again. (Sorry, no spoilers, it’s really fun and exciting). My brother’s favorite ride was the Harry Potter ride. It is a fun simulator in which you get to experience the ride with Harry as he goes through some of his adventures with dragons and Quidditch matches. After the ride, my brother and I shared a Butterbeer (non-alcoholic; very expensive). My brother highly recommends this if you are or aren’t a Harry Potter fan. One of my most favorite shows that I ABSOLUTELY LOVED was the Animal Show. The trainers show you had the dogs, cats, birds, mice, and even raccoons react to hand motions given by the trainer behind the set. We even saw the dog (named Buddy) from the chewy.com commercial. My brother loved the Special Effects Show where the actors and stunt doubles did a fight scene and even put someone on fire (with safety). We had also met a couple of characters from movies. We met Donkey from Shrek (not real, but it wasn’t a recording). Donkey sounded exactly like he did in the movie and he could see us and talk to us. We also had met Gru from Despicable Me (he didn’t talk though). The last thing we did was go to Water World (similar to the Special Effects Show). It was a real 3D fight scene like it was from a movie. There was real fire and high dives. My mother and my brother met the actors after the show. I rate Universal Studies a 100/100 because it was a very exciting place to visit. Be sure to go there if you are in LA-Hollywood, CA region!
